She worked for ten years for one of the world's largest professional engineering institutions (PEI), where she played a crucial role in establishing EDI initiatives at the grassroots level and ultimately making them an integral part of the institution's practices.
Jo is passionate about promoting EDI in all sectors, focusing on the science, technology, engineering, and maths (STEM) sectors.
